  • Tax Integrated System (TIS)
    By integrating major services of National Tax Office such as report, data, investigation, collection and record, we achieved reduction of tax cooperation costs and transparency of tax service.

Service Offering

As national economy increases, the national tax income is rapidly growing such a sharp increase of tax income raised issues about tax data errors due to excessive tax management workload and inefficiency caused by manually writing on paper, which brought up increased requirements of a system.

How We Helped

The tax integrated system digitalized the tax process. Manual process becomes automated and enhanced transparency of tax service is achieved by integrated management for tax information.

- IT Infrastructure Establishment
Foundation of IT infrastructure is established for operation of tax integration system with high-speed network and computer equipment of advanced server and storage in the Tax Office.

- System Establishment
It enables the Tax Office to perform Integrated storage, management and search of reports, data, investigation, collection and records and provides the head offices, regional offices, and tax office with organized system link.

Differentiated Service for Customer

- National tax revenue increased by 248% from 6.4 billion (1997) to 15.8 billion (2008) along with enhanced tax transparency. Also since system establishment, the tax revenue increased, while tax collection cost decreased by 13%.
