  • Loader Making/Delivery for DXD Factory of GE Healthcare
    In the GE Healthcare DXD factory, automatic operation Know-how and standard are demonstrated by establishing Loader H/W, Loader system (ECS), and equipment operation system (CIM).

Service Offering

At construction of GE Healthcare DXD factory, GE had low level of automatic system without operation policy standardized by equipment, which caused many risks at introduction of equipment.

In particular, operation systems for loader H/W, loader start system and examiner needed a standardized plan.

How We Helped

- Orbotech examiner, SV450 operating loader, these operating systems (ECS) and standardized operation system (CIM) have been delivered at the construction of GE Healthcare DXD factory.

Differentiated Service for Customer

Through ECS made with our know-how for years, integrated operation plan of factory facility (construction start/completion, sampling, movement, rework port operation, sorting rule following judge, etc.) is provided.
At delivery of SV450 examiner, operation system, loader and examiner were integrated and our concept on GE factory automation was provided to demonstrate automatic standard for future factory construction.
