  • Seoul 120 Dasan Call Center
    This is a project to provide high quality service to customers by expanding Seoul 120 Dasan Call Center services, which used to provide consulting service mainly focusing on Seoul, to autonomous districts.

Service Offering

The 120 Dasan Call Center is relocated from annex building of the City Hall of Seoul to Sinseoldong with expansion to 400 seats from 150 seats, and highly advanced functions are required to include civil service of the autonomous districts, which can be obtained by advanced capacity of current consulting application.

How We Helped

- Advanced consulting program: For more effective response to civil request from Seoul and the autonomous districts, the consulting program functions are advanced.
- System Installation: The system is expanded/established to accommodate over 431 seats for covering civil service in the autonomous districts from existing 150-seat system scale.
- Non-Stop System Relocation: When 120 Dasan Call Center is relocated from Seosomun annex building of the City Hall of Seoul to Sinseoldong, to eliminate possible discontinuation of civil service, non-stop relocation plan was established and performed, so that the system relocation was completed without service discontinuation.

Differentiated Service for Customer

By providing integrated consulting service though establishment of 120 integrated call centers in the city and districts, service satisfaction of Seoul citizens and convenience of consulting work are enhanced. Also initiating civil service for the autonomous districts improves civil administration of the Seoul Metro City effectively.
