The purpose is to prepare a foundation for future expansion of electric vehicles through establishment of electric charging and operation systems with adequate amount of tests concurrently with distribution of more electric vehicles.

- Electric Vehicle Manufacturing (Conversion): converted 5 RVs into electric vehicles supplied to Seoul city after passing safety test and acquiring safety certification.
- Establishing Charging Infrastructure: built charging infrastructure for electric vehicle such as a 6.6 kw slow charger and a 50 kw high-speed charger and also constructed a pilot fee collection system.

- Seoul City: before selling electrical vehicles to public, the Seoul city together with the Vehicle Research and Development of Korea Transportation Safety Authority (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs) had an opportunity of preparing and reviewing safety standards on batteries, chargers, etc. at government level. And we also prepared a foundation for promoting electric vehicle distribution by establishing a pilot operation system including charging devices and other key components of the electric vehicle introduction.
- General Public: buying potential for an electrical vehicle and practicality of it are improved through various tax supports and benefits such as government support for electric vehicle purchase, discounts on parking/express way fares and continuous investment on electricity charging infrastructure that are results of the company's development and participation in the government's pilot project.
