By establishing an emergency information network for effective receipt, control and management of various emergency situations of police, fire station and rescue, we enhanced the response capacity to emergency.

Service Offering

In Ulaanbaatar, Mongol, despite frequent incidence of accidents, crimes and fires with recently increased population due to rapid urbanization, only 70% showed that policeman or ambulance arrived at the site within 20 minutes after receiving reports.

This emphasizes the needs of a system which can enhance early response capacity at the site by accurate identification about report details and prompt input of appropriate manpower and resources for various emergency situations.

How We Helped

At incidence of emergency, by utilizing digital wireless network based on geographic information system, an integrated response system for police office, fire station and ambulance is established.

- IT Infrastructure Establishment: Digital wireless network is established and about 400 terminals and CCTV are provided, while over 150 km optical network is connected all around the city.

- System Establishment: Software for receipt, order, disposition and control of emergency situations is developed and installed and organized system link with geographic information system, digital wireless network and CCTV is completed.

- Establishment of Emergency Rescue Integrated Control Center: A new Integrated control center for emergency rescue simulation with 1 basement and 5 floors is built, which provides situation room and control room inside.
