For the 15 services in 5 areas which are U-portal, U-facility management, U-transportation, U-crime/accident prevention, and U-environment, various information from each area is collected through our own information superhighway to the integrated operation center. The collected information is integrated and analyzed then provided to related public workers and the city residents.
U-portal: it is a service that helps Pangyo residents to easily access needed information anytime, anyplace through various wired/wireless media. Through a kiosk, unmanned civil application issuance machine, and media board, various contents are provided in real time to Pangyo residents.
U-facility management: it provides more safe and reliable facility management service by integrating and controlling facilities. Lighting integrated control, public water leakage management, and facility site management are performed.
U-transportation: it seeks convenient transportation use, safe driving, and proper traffic flow, and it is made of 5 service areas of traffic control, safety for disadvantaged, public transportation information, public parking information, and traffic violation supervision.
U-crime/accident prevention: through monitoring of urban areas with security concerns, tracking suspect vehicles, unmanned fire watch, etc., Pangyo residents' everyday lives are safe and secure. It has 3 service areas of public accident prevention, vehicle plate number recognition, and accident/disaster prevention.
U-environment: it aims toward more pleasant living environments for Pangyo residents and supports more efficient environment policy-making by scientifically collecting and analyzing various environmental, pollution, and weather information and providing the information disclosure service.
