LG CNS has established the ESG Committee under the Board of Directors as the highest decision-making body for sustainability management. The Committee regularly reviews and approves key ESG agendas at the enterprise level. Supporting the Committee, we operate the Sustainability Management Council, which plans and reviews ESG activities by sector, and the Sustainability Working Council, which is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, managing performance targets, and responding to external assessments. In addition, the External Cooperation Team, the company’s dedicated ESG function, works closely with relevant departments to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and continuously manage key ESG-related trends and risks.
