Information on Collection and Use of Personal Information concerning LG CNS Privacy Policy (Inquiries)
The personal information collected and used by LG CNS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) is information that requires the consent of the person in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. I agree to the Company’s collection and use of my personal information.

- Consigned duties and purpose: Transmission of marketing information for which user’s information has been provided, data storage and Marketo solution management
- Country of transfer of personal information: USA
- Items of personal information to be transferred: All personal information collected in the process of providing services
- Date and time of transfer of personal information: When information is entered for service use
- Method of transfer of personal information: Storing personal information in the Amazon Web Services cloud computing environment
- Period of retention and use of personal information: Retention until the expiration date
4. Processing and retention period of personal information
After the purpose of information collection and use is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the reasons listed below.
- All personal information input items are retained for 36 months, after which all information is destroyed.
- Other personal information is retained for the consented retention period if prior consent is obtained individually from the user for the retention period.
- Any individual who wishes to have their personal information destroyed can direct their request to marketing@lgcns.com for immediate processing.
5. Restrictions on use
Some services may be restricted for users under the age of 14.
