ERP systems integrate all business operations within a company. With around 360 ERP experts specializing in SAP solutions, LG CNS supports every stage of ERP, from adoption and implementation to operations and improvement.

What does an ERP Consultant do?

ERP is a core system that manages a company’s overall operations. It connects all business functions, including finance, purchasing, production, and sales, and brings together the latest IT technologies. Recently, ERP has continued to evolve in a more intelligent direction through cloud-based ERP, chatbots, and RPA.

ERP Consultants use these technologies to improve clients’ business processes and implement systems. As the role requires both technical expertise and business understanding, it calls for a broad perspective across IT and management.

What work does this role involve?

ERP Consultants deeply understand client operations, propose better processes, and implement them directly. ERP is divided into domains such as finance and accounting, purchasing, production, and sales, allowing consultants to build deep expertise in their area of interest.

They handle the full ERP lifecycle, from proposals and implementation to global rollout, operations, and improvement. LG CNS currently provides ERP services to more than 30 clients in Korea and overseas. You can gain experience across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, chemicals, telecommunications, retail, and services.

What growth opportunities are available?

LG CNS ERP Consultants work with SAP, a global solution, so their expertise can be recognized anywhere in the world. You can grow into a domain expert across industries by working with a wide range of clients, including LG Group, LX Group, public institutions, healthcare institutions, and major companies.

LG CNS is directly leading LG Group’s large-scale next-generation ERP project, which began in 2022, and continues to grow in both scale and expertise.
